Buffalo Chicken French Bread Pizza

I have been making this forever now.  And usually eat it just as a meal and not an appetizer!
On the blog I have a recipe for Buffalo Chicken Dip, almost just the same.
I love Buffalo Chicken, Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches, Buffalo Chicken Wraps, Buffalo Chicken Pizza!

We had these for dinner last night, with a salad.  But if you want to serve them as an appetizer just cut the bread in 2 inch slices.

Here is what you will need:
1 loaf french bread, cut in half lengthwise
2 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 cup Franks Hot Sauce
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbs
4 green onions, chopped
8oz shredded mozzarella
Cilantro

How to make them:
Pre heat your oven to 400 degrees
Cook your chicken and shred it, use a rotisserie chicken if you're in a hurry.
Once your chicken is cooked stir in the hot sauce, blue cheese and onions
Slice your bread the long way
Divide the chicken mixture evenly between the two halves of bread.
Top with the shredded cheese
And bake for 15 - 20 minutes
Top with the cilantro, if you do not like cilantro use parsley
Cut into 2 inch slices and serve!

Hope you enjoy!
